➭ If the area you have chosen is different than your exact pickup or dropoff address, you may be charged for the remaining total. We will contact you for details.

➭ All cancellations must be made no less than 12 hours in advance. The total amount of the transfer will be charged to the credit card provided, in case of a cancellation within the last 12 hours or a no show. All cancellations must be made in written and you should receive a cancellation confirmation from the company.

➭ For missed flights or delays, please call customer service at 844-438-4376 immediately to reschedule accordingly. Should a delay occur in-flight or after take-off, we do check the arrival times and accommodate you to the best of our ability. Should we be notified in an unreasonable amount of time prior to the reservation, (i.e. at the time of scheduled pick up), it will be considered a no show.

➭ Customers are responsible for verifying all booking information at the time of scheduling, and to notify us of any errors in the confirmation. Please be certain all flight, contact and reservation information provided to us is accurate; we are not responsible if the arrival/departure information provided to us is incorrect, or if it is not provided to us at all.

➭ Should there be any changes to your reservation information, such as flight number, arrival time, etc. it is your responsibility to notify us.

➭ Waiting fee is $30/hour (No waiting fee for flight delays). For Airport Drop off and Point-to-Point reservations, the fee will be charged 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.

➭ For Airport Pick-up reservations, passengers need to have cell phones turned ON upon arrival. Airport Hero is not responsible if the passenger is unreachable after arrival. If no contact has been made within 30 minutes, the reservation will be considered a "no show" and the total due for the transfer will be charged to the credit card provided.

➭ If the tip is not prepaid or the driver does not receive the tip in car, industry standard 20% tip will be added to the credit card provided.

➭ Flat rates are based on pick-up and drop-off only. If additional stops are required, additional charges apply.

➭ Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

➭ SUV requests are an additional $20 ($40 for LAX and selected area SUV trips).

➭ Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00.

➭ Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines for illegal activity will be paid by the customer.

➭ Child car seats can be requested for an additional $10 each.

➭ There is an additional $20 surcharge for trips booked for 11:30 pm to 5:30 am.

➭ The chauffeur may terminate booking without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of any customer (Guest). If at any time he feels that the Guest, the car or he himself is in jeopardy, he may delay or terminate the booking. Any citations or fines incurred as a result of Guest’s actions or behavior shall be paid for by Guest.

➭ The Company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather, unsafe road conditions, acts of God, or the equivalent.

➭ The Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter, or for any articles left in the car.In the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter, we will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed-upon date.
