Is Airport Hero licensed and insured to provide airport transportation service?
Do I need to tip my driver?
Our prices are all inclusive, and you are not required to give a tip.
What additional fees I may be charged?
When customers request additional stops during the ride, there are additional charges applied to the account and charged to the credit card. If your flight delay causes service to go beyond midnight, there is a “midnight fee” applied. There is also an additional charge for services scheduled between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am, and a $10 fee for every child car seat requested. Meet and greet service is also a small additional charge. How do I find my driver once I land?
If you requested a curbside pick-up, you will receive a call from your driver at the scheduled pick-up time; he/she will ask your location at the curbside. If you have requested a meet and greet service, your driver will be waiting for you in baggage claims with a sign.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 24/7.
When do I pay?
You will be charged when you make your reservation. If there are additional stops, your transfer has passed midnight or your driver waits for you for an extensive amount of time, those fees will be charged once your transfer is finalized (please see Terms & Conditions). You can track your account history and view your receipts by logging in.
What if my flight is delayed?
We will be tracking your flight in advance of your pick-up; we do not charge for delays that are beyond your control. However, if your flight is delayed and your transfer takes place after midnight, there will be a midnight fee applied to your account.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be received no later than six hours in advance of the scheduled service time. If we receive your notification less than six hours prior to your scheduled pick-up, the full amount will be charged to your credit card.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
As far in advance as you would like. We ask that all reservations be scheduled at least five hours in advance.
